nemiḥ śvetā vahiḥ kṛṣṇavarṇarekhā ca pārthivī /
madhyetaremare varṇānevaṃ cakradvayaṃ(1) likhet //
the rim is white, and the outer line is earth-colored, black. / In the middle and on the spokes one should write the syllables; in this way one should draw the two wheels.
