urdhvādhastiryagābhistu mūrdhni saṃplāvayedvapuḥ //
Remembering the seed syllable *raṃ* situated in the lotus of the heart, one should burn [the body] with flames; / with these [flames] moving upward, downward, and horizontally, one should then flood the body at the crown of the head,
