agnir uvāca
oṃ vināyakārcanaṃ vakṣye yajedādhāraśaktikam /
dharmādyaṣṭakakandañca nālaṃ padmañca karṇikām //
Agni said: / Om. I shall declare the worship of Vināyaka. One should worship the Support Power, / the bulb consisting of the eight beginning with virtue, the stem, the lotus, and the pericarp.
