catuṣpādeṣu krīṃ kāraṃ hrīṃ kāraṃ mukhamadhyataḥ /
garbhe vidyāṃ tato likhya sādhakaṃ pṛṣṭhato likhet //
The syllable "krīṃ" in the four feet, the syllable "hrīṃ" in the center of the mouth; / having then written the vidyā in the belly, he should write the practitioner on the back.
