vikṛtā yatra jāyante yātrākāle 'yutaṃ hunet /
tilājyalakṣahomantu uttamāsiddhisādhane //
or where deformed offspring are born, or at the time of a military expedition, one should offer ten thousand [oblations]; / but a fire oblation of one hundred thousand with sesame and clarified butter is for the attainment of the highest success.
