lakṣaṃ grahādināśaḥ syādutpāte tilahomanam /
divye lakṣaṃ tadardhena vyomajotpātanāśanaṃ //
One hundred thousand [recitations] bring destruction of planetary evils; at a portent, there should be an oblation of sesame. / For a celestial [portent], one hundred thousand; by half of that, destruction of portents born of the sky.
