Oṃ, homage to the Blessed One, the Great Pāśupata, of unequalled strength, valour, and prowess, having fifteen eyes, possessing manifold forms, brandishing various weapons, red over all his limbs, resembling a mass of split collyrium, fond of cremation grounds and vetālas, delighting in cutting down all obstacles, bestower of all siddhis, compassionate to devotees, having innumerable faces, arms, and legs, accomplished therein, terrifying vetālas, causing agitation to śākinīs, repressing disease, breaker of sins, having the sun, moon, and fire as eyes, whose armour is Viṣṇu, sword and thunderbolt in hand, having the staff of Yama, the noose of Varuṇa, the trident of Rudra, a blazing tongue, putter to flight of all diseases, curber of planetary afflictions, destroyer of wicked serpents!
