īśvara uvāca
oṃ hrūṃ haṃsa+iti mantreṇa mṛtyurogādi śāsyati /
lakṣāhutibhirdūrvābhiḥ śāntiṃ puṣṭiṃ prasādhayet //
The Lord said: / By the mantra "oṃ hrūṃ haṃsaḥ", death, disease, and the like are subdued; / by one hundred thousand oblations of dūrvā grass, one secures peace and prosperity.
