udakāñca tathā kālaṃ śivavījaṃ samuddharet /
prāṇaṃ dīrghasvarākrāntaṃ ṣaḍaṅgaṃ jātisaṃyutam //
One should likewise extract the water [syllable], Time, and the seed-syllable of Śiva; / [then] the vital breath accompanied by a long vowel, as the six limbs together with the caste[-formulas].
