mayā tat kriyate deva yathā yatra pāvitrakaṃ /
avighnaṃ tu bhavedatra kuru nātha jayāvyaya //
that is being performed by me, O God, as and where the sacred thread [is offered]. / Let there be no obstacle here; make it so, O victorious and imperishable Master!"
