yāgadravyādi saṃrakṣya vikirān vikirettataḥ /
mūlāṣṭaśatasañjaptān kuśakūrcān hareś ca tān //
Having protected the sacrificial substances and other requisites, one should then scatter the grain scatterings / and Hari's bundles of kuśa grass consecrated eight hundred times with the root-mantra.
