ārabhed dvārayāgañca toraṇeśān prapūjayet /
aśvatthodumbaravaṭaprakṣāḥ pūrvādigā nagāḥ //
he should begin the sacrifice of the doorways and worship the lords of the archways. / The trees in the east and the other [directions] are the aśvattha, udumbara, vaṭa, and plakṣa.
