rūpaṃ vātādulaci syād vātulaścānapatyake /
vāśiṣṭhaḥ kauravo vāsaḥ pāñcālaḥ sosya vāsakaḥ //

the form from ‘vāta’ with ‘ulac’ is ‘vātulaḥ’; and in the non-patronymic sense:
‘vāsiṣṭhaḥ’, ‘kauravaḥ’; residing [there] is ‘pāñcālaḥ’, this is his residence;
