pūrvaṃ nava parasmaipadantiptasantīti prathamaḥ pumāna //
When a cause for liṅ is present, upon non-performance of the action, the last nine are ātmanepada. / The first nine are parasmaipada; tip, tas, jhi (anti) form the first (third) person.
