kumāra uvāca
kṛtastriṣvapi vijñeyā bhāve karmaṇi kartari /
ajlyuṭ ktin ghaño bhāve yujakārata eva ca //

Kumāra said:
Primary suffixes (kṛt) are to be known in three meanings: action, object, and agent.
