caturyugasahasrānte prākṛtaḥ prākṛto layaḥ /
laya ātyantiko jñānādātmanaḥ paramātmani //
at the end of a thousand cycles of four ages, the elemental dissolution belonging to Prakṛti; / and the absolute dissolution through knowledge of the individual self in the Supreme Self.
