rasātmikāś ca tiṣṭhanti hy āpastāsāṃ raso guṇaḥ /
pīyate jyotiṣā tāsu naṣṭāsvagniś ca dīpyate //
And the waters, consisting of taste, remain; their quality of taste / is drunk by light, and when they are destroyed, the fire blazes.
