ojaḥ śukrāt sārataramāpītaṃ hṛdayopagaṃ /
ṣaḍaṅgaśakthinī bāhurmūrdhā jaṭharamīritaṃ //
*Ojas* is the most essential essence, superior to semen; yellowish, it enters the heart. / The six limbs are declared to be the two legs, the two arms, the head, and the trunk.
