ajitānnāruhedbhūmiṃ hikkāśvāsādayas tathā /
jite prāṇe khalpadojavinmūtrādi prajāyate //
Until it is conquered, he should not ascend the ground, lest hiccups, asthma, and the like occur; / when the breath is conquered, lightness of the body and scantiness of feces and urine are produced.
