jñānamātmani mahati niyacchecchānta ātmani /
jñātvā brahmātmanoryogaṃ yamādyair brahma sadbhavet //
He should restrain knowledge in the great self, and that in the tranquil self. / Having known the union of brahman and the self by means of restraints and the rest, one becomes the true brahman.
