bhagavānuvāca
pādapratiṣṭhāṃ vakṣāmi śilāvinyāsalakṣaṇaṃ /
agrato maṇḍapaḥ kāryaḥ kuṇḍalānāntu catuṣṭayaṃ //
The Holy One said: / I shall explain the consecration of the base, the characteristics of the laying of the foundation stone. / A pavilion is to be built in front, along with four fire-pits.
