pīṭhabandhopariṣṭhāttu vāstuyāgaṃ punaryajet /
pādapratiṣṭhākārī tu niṣpāpo divi modate //
Above the plinth, however, he should again perform the site architecture sacrifice. / One who accomplishes the consecration of the base rejoices sinless in heaven.
