gajacarmadharo dvābhyāṃ kṛttivāsohibhūṣataḥ /
pretāśano mātṛmadhye pūjyaḥ pañcānanothavā //
Wearing an elephant hide with two [hands], clad in animal skins, adorned with serpents, / feeding on corpses, he is to be worshipped in the midst of the Mothers, or [depicted] five-faced.
