bhagavānuvāca
bhūmeḥ parigrahaṃ kuryāt kṣipedbrīhīṃś ca sarṣapān /
nārasiṃhena rakṣoghnān prokṣoghnān prokṣayet pañcagavyataḥ //
The Holy One said: / One should take possession of the ground, and scatter rice and mustard seeds; / with the Nṛsiṃha [mantra] destroying demons, he should sprinkle [the site] with the five cow-products.
