vinyaset pṛthivītattvaṃ ṅakāraṃ pādayugmake /
vastau ghakāraṃ gaṃ tattvaṃ taijasaṃ hṛdi vinyaset //

One should deposit the syllable 'ṅa', the principle of earth, in the pair of feet;
the syllable 'gha' in the bladder, and the syllable 'ga', the fiery principle, in the heart.
