dadhibhaktayute pātre dhvajasyāgraṃ niveśayet /
dhruvādyena phaḍantena dhvajaṃ mantreṇa pūjayet //
should place the tip of the banner into a vessel containing curd and boiled rice; / he should worship the banner with the mantra beginning with Dhruva and ending with Phaṭ.
