bhagavānuvāca
evaṃ tārkṣyasya cakrasya brahmaṇo nṛhares tathā /
pratiṣṭhā viṣṇuvat kāryā svasvamantreṇa tāṃ śṛṇu //
The Lord said:
In this manner, the consecration of Tārkṣya, the discus, Brahmā, and Nṛhari
should be performed like [that of] Viṣṇu, each with their own mantra; listen to them:
