64.14

āpo asmeti varṣoptyair vyāhṛtyā kūpasambhavaiḥ /
varuṇañca taḍāgoptyair varuṇādbhistu vaśyataḥ //

with ‘āpo asmān’ from waters sown by rain; with the sacred utterances from well water;
and Varuṇa with waters sown in reservoirs; and with waters of Varuṇa for subduing;
