bhagavānuvāca
sabhādisthānaṃ vakṣye tathaiva teṣāṃ pravartanaṃ /
bhūmau parīkṣitāyāñca vāstuyāgaṃ samācaret //
The Holy One said:
I shall describe the site of an assembly hall and the like, and likewise their construction;
and when the ground is examined, he should perform the rite of site architecture.
