madhuraistu dvijān bhojya pūrṇakumbhādiśobhitaṃ /
satoraṇaṃ svasti vācya dvijān goṣṭhahastakaḥ(1) //
having fed the twice-born with sweet things, [the house] adorned with full jars and the like,
endowed with an archway, having caused the twice-born to recite auspicious blessings, holding [cow dung from] the cow-pen in his hand,
