darpaṇaṃ darśya nīrājaṃ gītavādyaiś ca maṅgalaṃ /
vyajanaṃ pūjanaṃ dīpaṃ gandhapuṣpādibhiryajet //
Showing a mirror, offering waving of lights and an auspicious ceremony with song and instrumental music,
fanning, worship, and lamp, he should worship with perfumes, flowers, and the like.
