tārkṣyapadmāsanāṃ dhyāyenmadhyāhne vaiṣṇavīṃ sitāṃ /
śaṅkhacakradharāṃ vāme dakṣiṇe sagadābhayaṃ //
At midday he should meditate on Vaiṣṇavī: white, seated on Garuḍa and a lotus,
holding a conch and discus on the left, and a mace with the gesture of fearlessness on the right.
