śivāṅgānāṃ(5) daśāṃśañca datvārghyaṃ stutimācaret /
pradakṣiṇīkṛtya nameccāṣṭāṅgañcāṣṭamūrtaye(6) /
natvā dhyānādibhiś caiva yajeccitre 'nalādiṣu //
Having offered an arghya worth a tenth part to the limbs of Śiva, one should perform praise. / Having circumambulated, one should bow with the eight limbs to the eightfold form; / and having bowed, one should worship [him] through meditation and other rites in paintings, fire, and so forth.
