juhuyādāhutīstisraḥ śikhayā śikhayaiva tu /
vaktrāṅgakalpanāṃ kuryādvaktrodghāṭananiṣkṛtī //
one should offer three oblations with the tuft-mantra, indeed with the tuft-mantra alone. / One should perform the fashioning of the faces and limbs, and the expiation for the opening of the mouths.
