khaḍgena khātamuddhāraṃ pūraṇaṃ samatāmapi /
kurvīta varmaṇā sekaṃ kuṭṭanantu śarātmanā(2) //
Excavation, removal, filling, and leveling [of the earth] should be done with the sword [mantra]; / watering should be done with the armor [mantra], and pounding with the arrow mantra.
