arghyāmbu pañcagavyañca samastān makhamaṇḍape /
catuṣpathāntasaṃskārair vīkṣaṇādyaiḥ(4) susaṃskṛtaiḥ //
he should cast the water offering and the five cow-products over the entire sacrificial pavilion, / with the purifications culminating in the fourfold path, well purified by gazing and the like.
