78.6

sarveśaḥ(4) sarvadevāḥ syuḥ krameṇa navatantuṣu /
aṣṭottaraśatānyardhaṃ tadardhaṃ cottamādikaṃ //

the Lord of All (Sarveśa), and all the gods reside in order in the nine strands.
One hundred and eight, half of that, and half of that [are the strands], from best to lowest;
