saṃśliṣṭau tau samabhyarcya santarpya hṛdayātmanā /
tayoḥ sannidhaye dadyāttenaivāhutipañcakaṃ //
Having worshipped the two as united, and having propitiated them with the heart-soul-mantra, / he should offer five oblations with that very [mantra] to secure their presence.
