oṃ hāṃ haṃ hāṃ ātmane namaḥ
vyāpakaṃ bhāvayedenaṃ tanutrāṇāvaguṇṭhayet(3) /
‘oṃ hāṃ haṃ hāṃ, obeisance to the Self.’ / He should contemplate it as all-pervasive, and veil it with the armour mantra.
