īśvara uvāca
atha prātaḥ samutthāya kṛtasnanādiko guruḥ /
dadhyārdramāṃsamadyādeḥ praśastābhyavahāritā //

The Lord said: / Then, having arisen in the morning and performed bathing and the like, the guru— / the consumption of curds, moist meat, wine, and the like is auspicious;
