anyayoniṣu sarvāsu dehaśuddhiṃ hṛdā caret /
nātra puṃsavanaṃ stryādiśarīrasyāpi sambhavāt //
In all other wombs, he should perform the purification of the body with the heart-mantra. / Here there is no rite of quickening a male (puṃsavana), since female and other bodies also occur.
