oṃ namaḥ śivāya sarvaprabhave haṃ śivāya(2) īśānamūrdhāya
tatpuruṣavaktrāya aghorahṛdayāya vāmadevaguhyāya(3)
sadyojātamūrtaye(4) oṃ namo namo guhyātiguhyāya goptre anidhāya
