saṃhitāpāragaḥ so 'yamabhiṣikto mayā śiva /
tṛptaye mantracakrasya pañcapañcāhutīryajet //
this one, master of the Saṃhitā, has been consecrated by me, O Śiva!"
For the satisfaction of the wheel of mantras, he should offer five oblations of five each.
