īśvara uvāca
abhiṣiktaḥ śivaṃ viṣṇuṃ pūjayedbhāskarādikān /
śaṅkhabheryādinirghoṣaiḥ snāpayet pañcagavyakaiḥ //
Īśvara said:
The consecrated one should worship Śiva, Viṣṇu, the Sun, and other deities.
With the sounds of conches, kettle-drums, and the like, he should bathe [them] with the five products of the cow.
