vāstumabhyarcya tattoyaiḥ siñcet kuddālakādikaṃ //
In a full pitcher placed in the chamber of Īśāna [northeast] from the center, he should worship Śiva
Having worshipped the site architecture, he should sprinkle the spade and other tools with that water.
