sthāneṣu puṣpamālādicihniteṣu yathākramaṃ /

oṃ hūṃ(1) śivatattvāya namaḥ / oṃ hūṃ(2) śivatattvādhipataye
rudrāya namaḥ / oṃ hāṃ vidyātattvāya namaḥ / oṃ hāṃ(3)
vidyātattvādhipāya(4) viṣṇave namaḥ / oṃ hāṃ ātmatattvāya
‘Oṃ hūṃ, homage to the Śiva-principle! Oṃ hūṃ, homage to Rudra, the presiding lord of the Śiva-principle! Oṃ hāṃ, homage to the Vidyā-principle! Oṃ hāṃ, homage to Viṣṇu, the presiding lord of the Vidyā-principle! Oṃ hāṃ, homage to the Ātma-principle!
