jānunī kūrparau śakthi diśi vātahutāśayoḥ /
paitryāṃ pādapuṭe raudryāṃ śiro 'sya hṛdaye 'ñjaliḥ //
His knees and elbows are in the directions of Wind and Fire; / his feet are together in the ancestral [south-west] direction, his head is in the Rudra [north-east] direction, and his folded hands are upon his heart.
