uktānukte tu vai vāstuḥ pañcahastapramāṇataḥ /
gṛhaprāsādamānena vāstuḥ śreṣṭhastu sarvadā(4) //
Whether prescribed or unprescribed, the site architecture is five cubits in measure; / the site architecture proportioned to the house or temple is always supreme.
