triśūlinaṃ vṛṣe ceśaṃ kūrmenantantu cakriṇaṃ /
brāhmāṇaṃ haṃsagaṃ dhyāyeccaturvaktraṃ caturbhujaṃ //
and Īśa with a trident on a bull; Ananta with the discus upon the tortoise; / and one should meditate on Brahmā mounted on a swan, four-faced and four-armed.
