One should deposit the Māyā seed-syllable on the secret limb, the sixfold weapon on the hand: / 'Kālī Kālī' is the heart; 'Duṣṭacāṇḍālikā' is the head;

'hrauṃ spheṃ ha sa kha ka cha ḍa' with the syllable 'oṃ' is Bhairava, the crest; / Bhelakhī is the armour; Dūtī is named as the eyes; [and] Raktacaṇḍikā [is the weapon].

143.4

Then one should worship the secret weapon of Kubjikā in its place in the maṇḍala: / the heart-kūrca in the south-east, the head in the north-east, the crest in the south-west, [and the armour] in the north-west;

143.5

the armour in the centre, the eyes [and] the weapon in the cardinal directions of the maṇḍala; / in the pericarp, with thirty-two [petals], the seed-syllable of her own mantra: 'sroṃ hasakṣamalanavavaṣaḍasacātmā'.

143.6

And Brahmāṇī, Māheśvarī, Kaumārī, Vaiṣṇavī, / Vārāhī, Māhendrī, Cāmuṇḍā, and Caṇḍikā, beginning from the east;

143.7

one should worship the letters ra-va-la-ka-sa-ha in the north-east, east, south-east, south, and west; / and in the west, the garland of flowers and the group of five mountains.

143.8

One should worship Jālandhara, Pūrṇagiri, and Kāmarūpa in order / in the north-west, north-east, south-east, and south-west, and in the centre Vajrakubjikā;

and the Vimala named Samaya—this group of five Vimalas / in the north-west, north-east, south-west, south-east, and on the northern peak.

143.11

For the sake of Kubjikā: Khiṃkhinī, the sixth [named] Sopannā, likewise Susthirā, / and Ratnasundarī in the north-east, and the eight Adināthas on the peak.

143.12

Mitra, Oḍīśa, and the one named Ṣaṣṭhī; in the rainy [season?], in fire, water, and wind, / there should be the Jewel of the Sky, and in water the Jewel of Armor.

[Page 96]

143.13

Bruṃ, Martya, known by the five names, situated in the wind, north-east, and fire [directions]. / In the south and south-east are the five jewels: Jyeṣṭhā, Raudrī, and Antikā.

143.14

These three are the Mahāvṛddhās; all of them [emanate] from the five praṇavas. / Worship is twofold according to the division of twenty-seven and twenty-eight.

143.15

With 'oṃ aiṃ gūṃ', one should worship Kramagaṇapati, the praṇava, and Vaṭuka; / and one should worship the lord of the Gaṇas on the right side of the square maṇḍala.

143.16

And Vaṭuka on the left, the Gurus—the sixteen Nāthas—in the corner, / eight in the north-west and others, ten in each of the six corners thereafter.

143.17

And the eight starting with Brahmā all around, and in the middle of that the ninefold one. / Kubjikā and Kulaṭā: the Krama worship is always [performed thus].
